Our office is located at 1350 Treat Blvd, Ste 300, Walnut Creek, CA 94597.
The parking garage for the building is located on Jones Rd. When you arrive to the 1350 Jones Rd (URBAN WEST) parking gate, pull a ticket. Enter the garage, park on the main level in the Visitor Parking, and use the elevator building within the garage to reach floor 3. Aletha Health Ste 300 is directly to the right once getting off the elevator.
Please avoid parking in the Bay Club parking lot and garage area.
We will provide you with a validated parking pass at the end of your appointment.
