Holistic Physical Therapy within Urban West Walnut Creek Located within the Urban West Office Building
Our office is located at 1350 Treat Blvd, Ste 300, Walnut Creek, CA 94597. The parking and building entrance are on Jones Rd. When you arrive, pull up to the 1350 Jones Rd (URBAN WEST) parking ticket gate and take a ticket. Enter the garage, park on the main level in the Visitor Parking, and use the elevator building within the garage to reach floor 3. Outside the elevator on floor 3, turn right; Aletha Health Ste 300 is directly ahead. The door will be locked, but we will be there to let you in.
Please avoid parking in the Bay Club lot, which is accessible via the left gate on Jones Rd. Do be sure to park instead in the Urban West Lot, and we will provide a validated parking pass at the end of your appointment.
